Do your Job you useless department

Standard bank is the worst,I've been asking them to change my bond debit order since November but noooooooo,it doesn't get gone after countless emails and phone calls ,even an email came through advising they have changed the banking details,they still continue to debit the closed account, ****it man I'm sick of standard bank,they were the most useless I've ever dealt with with.
