do you have idiots working in home loans

my access bond has been blocked called on Friday 26/6/15 was told will unblock by the afternoon, it did not happen I called in today was told it was declined didn't even have the courtesy to let me know, reason declined because no payment on bond received February 2015. The idiot that declined it did not even check my account because standard bank debited February instalment on 2/3/15 probably because 28/2/15 was on a Saturday. were do you find these idiots? do they even know their job? just open my access bond my home loan is up to date no payments missed in the past 13 years and send those idiots on a training course on how to do their job or employ people with brains
