Do they actually READ an email in full and do they understand?

Seems Like just when I thought the bank will actually help, they don't. I have been dealing with Brydon re my personal loan. He was and has been helpful. BUT, The bank wanted me to complete documents to say I was disabled. Myself and my doctor disagreed on this. AS THEY WERE NOT understanding what had happened and why i was unemplpyed. I sent a very detailed email in RED and in BOLD to Brydon stating: ANd I Quote: I have found employment, BUT am only starting on the 3rd March, my First month salary will ONLY BE BASIC EXCLUDING COMMISION. I can therefore state that END OF APRIL 2025 I can and will look at making regular payments to this account. I CAN NOT at this point give an amount as I will need to see just how much deductions there will be. So. Whats the issue? Brydon saying they :WHO ARE THEY?: will have them call me at the end of this week for payment arrangements? WHAT arrangements? ITS ALL IN THE EMAIL. What do you NOT understand?
