DO NOT USE ATM's AT STANDARD BANK

I have deposited R5000 into my account and this amount does not reflect on my statement . There was a jam on the machine when depositing at the ATM. The bank has still not responded to my complaint - I have followed all the correct procedures with no result. Service is unacceptable.
