Do not take Standard Bank Insurance they will not assist in time of need

It's so disappointing to know I have been banking with a bank that has insurance that is a ****, and you will never know this until you need it. I have been an outstanding client with a perfect credit score until now Standard Bank is going to ruin that. The reason I paid insurance on my loans as I am the sole breadwinner. January 2020 I got retrenched from a company that then took a duck and didn't even pay my last salary. I have contacted Standard bank and the insurance call center told me even though I have been paying insurance it means that I have to pay until I receive my UIF claim. Now what I am asking is refund all my insurance payments and credit it to my loan installments. Standard bank insurance is a *****.
