Do not take out travel insurance from SBSA!!!!

I went to Spain on 01/05/2015. I arrived in Barcelona Airport on 02/05/2015 and started travelling to Barcelona Catalunya. Got the there via bus and had to take the underground trains (Metro) to my hotel. Just as I was about to board the Metro, my travel wallet got pick pocketed. I tried to report it to the security but they couldn't speak English. <br> No money, no bank card, no passport - NOTHING! I arrived at my hotel and the first thing I've done was to call AIG Travel Insurance. I took this policy out, Platinium Option, with Standard Bank on 16/03/2015. Guess what I've been told? \No
