DO NOT LOAN MONEY FROM STANDARD BANK

I opened a personal loan with Standard bank , the loan was paid up in full , 3 to 4 months pass without any instalment deduction from my personal cheque account with ABSA , on the second of March Standard Bank all of a sudden deducted yet another instalment for the loan that has already been paid off , I went into the branch , try to close the account and they said I will receive my money / reembur*****t after 3 days , its now two weeks later and still nothing received , when I called this useless Standard Bank's headoffice a guy told me that the account is still not closed - so went into the useless bank AND again had to sign to close the account - PLEASE PEOPLE THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE OPENING A LOAN WITH STANDARD BANK , they only care about money AND NOT THE CUSTOMER , they WILL DRAIN ALL YOUR MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT , if someone is in the same boat as me or had the same occurance , please supply me with details to resolve this matter
