DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY DOING!!!!!

I currently have a bond at Standard bank for a vacant land that was BONDED by Standard bank. We are currently in the process to build on the vacant land , BONDED by standard bank. Application for the building loan and all relevant documents was submitted through to Standard Bank in December 2014. in the 12 weeks that followed the documents was not received thrice, i had to resend, not once in the 12 weeks was i contacted regarding my application. I eventually logged a complaint and to date i have still not received a resolution on the complaint. I contacted Standard Bank to follow up on my application and was advised that it was declined when i asked for the reason the consultant advised that the PROPERTY IS POOR , when telling the consultant that it is a building loan and not a property she advised that she will get someone to contact me. I still have not gotten a call from Standard Bank!!!. The vacant land that we bought was BONDED through Standard Bank!!! What makes this bank so unbelievable is that NO ONE has the decency to contact the CUSTOMER!!! The decline does not make sense at all!!! Application Number :- ***
