Do not get a Standard bank account

I have an account with Standardbank for years, and they took advantage of me, a soon as my salary was paid in they deducted R5527 which I cannot dispute because it is an internal debit order. My installment with them is R500. This is the money I need to buy food for my kids and they are simply refusing to pay it back to my account. I have contacted the ombudsman and am going to sue for pain and suffering as my bills are due for payment, but due to their negligence I am left without any means to pay bills or even feed my children. I NEED HELP, do not know how to fix this. I will never recommend Standard bank to anyone, they are not even empathetic or care about my situation
