DO NOT BANK WITH STD BANK - WORST SERVICE EVER !!!!!
I recently made a payment to my son and forgot to select immediate payment. When i requested to reverse the transaction and redo the payment as an immediate payment. I get told that I will be charged R310 and I have to wait 10 days for the money to be reversed and there is not guarantee that I will get the money back. This is so pointless if I want to get the money to my son immediately. LIKE WHAT IS THE POINT OF TRYING TO DO AN IMMEDIATE PAYMENT IF THIS IS THE CASE????? RATHER DO NOT REVERSE THE MONEY !!! LET ME JUST WAIT X AMOUNT BUSINESS DAYS!!!!!!! FOR HIM TO GET THE MONEY. THANK YOU FOR NO HELP WHATSOEVER !!!
