Do not bank with standardbank, they will ruin your score

Horrible service. They are ruining my credit score for no reason. How can my payments be marked as late while my salary is paid into the same account every month? Because of their negligence, my credit score has dropped badly, and now I struggle to buy things on credit.

I have repeatedly tried to contact them to understand why they are giving incorrect information about my payments, but there has been absolutely no help or accountability from their side until now. This is unacceptable and extremely disappointing.

I’ve completely lost trust in this bank and will be leaving this terrible bank.
