Do not bank with standard bank unless you want to lose money and deal with pathetic customer service!!

If I could give this bank zero stars I would, I closed a savings account and my money disappeared into an unknown account, I logged a complaint with them on the 9th of June and to date I have had no feedback from Standard Bank. I have called in to their complaints department twice to follow up on this and the feedback is always that the complaints consultant dealing with my query will call me back and here I am, still waiting!!
