Do not apply for homeloans from Standard Bank

The typical household in South African uses about 250 litres of water a day. That amounts to 7500 litres a month which is already more than the monthly free water allowance every household receives from the municipality.The typical South African household consisting of 3 children and two parents would then use on average 37500 litres of water a month.The amount of water found in both of the boreholes on my plot is 1144 liter per hour, which calculates 27456 liters per day, which is 823680 liters per month. The water tank overflows with water. . I have had many cattle, sheep, etc on the plot which fed without any diseases or shortages. Dec we had a house full of guests, and there was never a shortage of water.My bond is registered with Standard Bank. Property ready to be sold & to be registered on the 30-03- 2015. Standard bank responded that the water was not enough.I am now the proud owner of a plot I can't sell, who granted me a loan for a property that according to them had enough water 9 years ago, but now I will never be able to sell something that Standard bank sold to me! Don't apply for a homeloan from them!
