Dnt bank with standard bank its ******* service

Standard bank credit card is not 3minute process its a 3 week and pending process with stupid validations that even after riv provided everything n being told its approved only to here the next say the system isn't letting it through n they don't know what to do.... Iv have their customer service is terrible and absolute *******. Even though I've been with them for many years. Iv requested calls nothing gets done until I call myself n even then half their staff have no clue what to do
