DISSATISFIED NO CATERING FOR THE ELDERLY OR PENSIONERS!!!!!
Horrible horrible horrible customer service more like non existent. First I tried to use the cellphone banking system which was working perfectly fine then out of nowhere it wants a person to register from scratch and I’m that process it decided to “for safety reasons suspend/freeze the pin so now we cannot use it. Person then goes to the Nquthu branch and the service is horrible, there is 3 staff members working there and no one at reception so you just join one line for all the services and that’s just BS!!! All a person wants to do is fix a problem you created, they don’t even cater for the elderly/pensioners at this branch it’s utterly disgusting I would NOT recommend you to bank with this bank!!!!
