Dissatisfied

Hello. I've been sending numerous communication to Std Bank requesting them to stop sending me hand delivered mail but rather email it to me. I've made mention that my mail comes opened. The last individual mentioned that this was not their fault however if I Cleary asked for it to be emailed due to this very reason why do you continue.
