dissatisfaction at Standard Bank service

Hi there - just sharing an experience about trying to contact Standard Bank regarding investment, not large monies but still it is investment! no joy at all, their customer service number dont exist so...i called another number, call gets cut off but sadly in South Africa, customer service agents state they cannot call a customer back when the call gets cut off, such nonsense!!! I even sent Standard Bank a please call me on their internet platform...guess I have to move some where else
