Dissatisfaction

How is it possible that a building home loan application can take 6 months from November till to date my husband and I have to be the ones to call the offices everyday for an update and everyday we get a different story this is the worst possible service and we will be switching our home loan to another bank because we are not getting the service that we deserve from standard bank!!
