dissappointing service from standard bank

<p>I am based in Abu Dhabi now for the past 3 months and i have been trying to retrieve a 3 month stamped bank statement which i was told by call cenre after speaking to 6 different people that i could only get that from my branch and the call centre transfered me to a lady at my branch but the lady told me she will call me back and after a week i still didnt get my bank statement??? finally i get through to the Randburg branch which is my branch Dian answers the call and tells me hold on for komotsu the branch manager still the phone just rings and rings still no success after holing on for another 30min considering i am making an international call just to get a stamped statement?? my calls are coming more that what it cost to get a statement. Standard need to get more competant people working at the bank as this is our money you are dealing with and not just marbles, I am disgusted with this pathetic service and actually thinking of moving to another bank which will actually help me with simple issues like this.</p>
