Dissapointing

<p>I opened the account online and promised a call 24hours , and it didnt happened. i complianed.</p> <p>account was opened Elite Plus, and they promised to deliver the card on Wednesday and upon that i must provide the ID and proof of address. which happened.</p> <p>i called the call centre as i wanted to transfer to the account, and they said i must transfer.</p> <p>today when i call the account is closed????????????????????????????</p> <p> </p> <p>is there service</p>
