Dissapointed with STANDARD BANK!!

We bought our house through ST Bank and only had problems. Our house registered in middle January and when we moved in we wanted to put new thatch on our lapa thats next to our house. We got someone out to come have a look at the thatch lapa and the guy told us that the lapa is at risk and the wall is busy colapsing (we didn't even saw it when we have put in a offer to purhase). I have emailed ST Bank the 24th of January to tell them that we are first time home owners and that our lapa that borders our house is a danger for us. Not only did i emailed ST Bank, but also tried to phone them a couple of times and nobody ever answered the phone. We also went to Ekurhuleni to get our building plans, because the agency we went through ( Pamgolding Benoni) and the attorneys ( Hommond & Pole attorneys) that did all our paperwork haven't received it from the previous owner as we have asked in the offer to purchase. Now our building plans are also not correct. Half of the house is on the plans and the other half not. So we went to ST Bank today and asked for help. We got through to the claims department and when i have explained the lapa story, the guy from ST Bank told me it sounds like a lack of workmenship. So i asked him if he saw the thatch lapa and he said no. I then asked him how can he say it's a lack of workmenship if he haven't saw it? So he then just said fine they will send someone to come have a look. The other guy we spoke to at ST Bank we have asked him about the building plans, because ST Bank has gave us a home loan without even inspect the property. Now we want to know how does this work? So this guy from ST Bank said that they don't inspect the house but only the value and that we need to fix this problem with the attorneys we went though. So now my question is how can ST Bank give us a home loan without the correct building plans?

We are very VERY dissapointed in ST Bank!
