Dissapointed in Standard bank, I will tell everyone I know

Standard bank property is absolutely terrible. No one really interested in helping people. They had a place up for sale via myroof and P24. I requested probably 20 or more times for a response from them regarding that property. They never responded. I actually gave them a call and they refused to help me over the phone, they wanted me to "book a viewing" on the myroof website. to which i never got a response. NOW THE PERSON WHO WORKS THE PHONES ISN'T ANSWERING THE PHONE!! and i check property 24 and the place is now gone. AFTER A WEEK OF WAITING!
