Dissapointed and disgruntled

<p>I am highly disgusted and appauled at the way this investigation is handled by the bank. firstly today after coming to Hello peter i received a call for ***** department and i was told that the investigation has been concluded what is suprising is that i was asked to narrate the story as to what has happened. this clearly tells me that they are only trying to investigate now, why ask me my side of the story when you have concluded the investigation? i was also told that the consultant will get back to me to tell me who will be liable for what, if the investigationg is concluded why are you going to get back to me? i was told that the person who created cell phone banking needed card no, password and id no. my question was how did the person get my id no. so the consultant said he didnt know it was possible to create cellphone banking without id no. In a nutshell the feedback was NOTHING, nothing has been concluded and as it is the BANK HAS **** and said they are done when nothing has been done and my bank account is compromised. i am fuming with such lies from this bank.</p>
