Dissapointed

I am disappointed in Standard Bank Private Banking. For years I have paid the extra bank fees to get a higher quality of service. I have not in fact received a higher quality of service. I have required my personal banker's services twice in the last two months and both times the service I received was a far cry from what I expected. You can do better, Standard Bank.<br> <br>
