Disrespeted at Standard Bank Burgersfort branch

Burgersfort Branch, Prince Kobe after several attempts of promised appointments which the last one I was promised to be called on the 3rd of August to schedule fixing of my business account, I walked to the branch sat and waited. Prince came out and told me he works on appointments after confirming he didn't call me as he promised he said ; "I work on appointments, if you don't want to make another one, gona ge you will have to wait until I'm done with all my appointments". What an insult, [gona ge] after not fulfilling promises and not being available, I'm told today that I was supposed to make an appointment via his phone not email.
