Disrespect from Standard bank

A guy named Marcel from standardbank mobile phoned me on the 18th of March at 15h42. Firstly I indicated on all forms at standatd bank that I dont want any telesales. I have communicated this to all people constantly phoning me from standard bank. This continues to happen. When I communicated assertively to Marcel that i am sick and tired of this happening he decided to say that it might be because of my attitude. I see this as total disrespect from an employee of standard bank. And all of this because i am stating the facts. This situation has made up my mind that Standard bank is not for me.
