Disregard of sick and disabled customers

I am so disgusted with the staff of Standard Bank Galleria. This morning I took my wife in to have the limit on her internet banking increased. The queue was extremely long for the enquiries and my wife is very ill, just come out of hospital after a cancer operation and having chemotherapy. She stood for a while then said she would have to go and sit so I remained in the queue. A lady asked if she could help and my wife explained the situation and was told to ask the guy in front to help. She approached him and he was most unhelpful as he was on a previous occasion that we were in the branch.. Apparently only the people at enquiries are capable of doing the very simple task of increasing her Internet limit. I wonder if it was because we are white? Sad that Standard bank has sunk to 3rd world standards and abilities. By the way standing not sitting for over an hour to be seen by enquiries is not acceptable from any institution.
