Disregard of documentation provided since 2014

We are debt counsellors and have been asking Standardbank to reinstate a debt review which was wrongfully terminated. The consumer made payments as per the court order and the account was paid up June 2014. 5 Nov. 2014 the account was handed to Hammond Pole - we sent the proof of payments and court order. 19 Nov. 2014 it was handed to Norton Lambrianos - we sent the proof of payments and court order. They responded that restructuring was done according to court order @20% which is wrong order was granted @ 6.5%. Again we send court order, payments and acceptance from Standardbank. Then we hear nothing at all. In July 2015 we request updated balances and paid up letters - they responded the account has been terminated. On 4 Aug 2015 we repeat the restructuring argument and received a balance of R1519.86. 27 August 2015 we send all documents again. 2 September 2015 standardbank says account is terminated. August 2015 start making payments again. 8 September 2015 we get an outstanding balance of R405.41. 3 March 2016 request updated balances and paid up letters Standardbank replies account is terminated we must contact recoveries. I phoned and was transferred 4 times of which two of the ladies was at DMC who then gave me the number to call for the account which was withdrawn from them in Jan 2016. Guess what it was the number I phoned and got transferred 4 times.

This is ridiculous to say the least and this means that we cannot issue a clearance certificate without paid up letters for this consumer. This is definitely proof of creditors deliberately working against debt counsellors and consumers following the process.
