Dispute on transaction on my credit card

Logged query via Hello Peter on 10/10/2018. Clint Peter from Std Complaints Resolution Ref: ********** 21 responded that my query is within a 21 day turn around time. The 21 day turn around time has since lapsed and no feedback on query originally logged on 03 Oct 2018 with STD Bank. I raised a dispute on the amount of R173, 71 that went through on my account from the Uber Company. No one has ever contacted me or given me an update on the query from Credit Card Division. I really need this query resolved. I cannot pay double for service rendered.
