Disjointed processes!

I phoned the Home Loans division today at 16:35 to notify the bank that I need to have my debit order date for my home loan moved from the 1st to the 5th as my tenants are not going to be able to pay me on time this month again. The home loans lady tells me that they are unable to assist because the sla is 5 days and we now only have 2 days left before the 1st. She then transfers my call to credit rehabilitation so they can help me. This lady, Thuli, tells me she cannot help me because my account is not in arrears yet and their mandate is to only help a client once the account is in arrears. So now, please humour me, but WHY do I need to wait for my account be be in arrears before the bank can assist me, or alternatively must know 5 days (that is a week!) in advance that my tenants will not be able to pay me?! I am going to be penalised for this idiocity and lack of process integration. Surely this is unacceptable!?

Zeenath, you guys are really not on top of your game! 4 days to respond to a customer complaint.... Really? I have already provided my ID number in my Hello Peter complaint. Why do I need to provide this to you again? Nonetheless I did send you my ID number again via email.
