Dishonour fee

I had a dishonour fee on my statement for December and February for R115 and all it shows is that a company called SCB Loans tried to debut on my cheque account and there was insufficient funds hence I was penalised R115 for the two months. I only noticed my statement yesterday and I called the call centre n I asked why does it not show what this company tried to debit and they said I must go to the branch and have it reversed as it's a technical error. The branch says they don't know what the company deducted it doesn't show. All my other debit orders show, how come does this one not show what money they were trying to debit? Standard Bank is just a bunch of ****** that just *****s people's money. I cannot trust a bank that takes my money for dishonour and when I ask them what the penalty fee is for they don't know. I want my money back because they have <br> branch as it's a technical error.<br>
