DISHONEST AND ********* PRACTICES- NO INTEGRITY

The level of dishonesty exhibited by Standard Bank Homeloans division is astounding and this is after my Hello Peter Complaint - Where I have provided facts. I was OFFERED a 0.5% interest rate concession ( in writing) if I moved the debit order to a Standard Bank account, which I did and accepted in writing in a letter. Standard Bank is now claiming , it wasn't an offer but a discussion. They then a week later OFFERED a 0.25% concession , which I REJECTED based on the previous offer and Standard Bank in writing has declared I accepted that OFFER. And in addition, they then never app**** any concession until after the bond payment came out of my account. The lies, dishonety and ********* practices are quite astounding. BE WARNED WHEN DEALING WITH STANDARD BANK
