Disheartening service, Dissatisfied with the Appointed attorneys to our Late father's Estate

<p>God day,</p> <p>I’m writing to you today with a heavy heart about the experience from the appointed attorneys to our Late father's Estate management<br />We have been advised that the only thing outstanding is the Computershare shares and documents have been furnished to fast track the process</p> <p>We have since been advised we cannot be given a time line as to when this would be resolved, our father’s money is sitting in their account accumulating interest whereas they are dragging their feet and not even acknowledging our correspondence</p> <p>I started intervening in February as per attached and to date – NOTHING!!</p> <p>I have attached a trail of emails with leisurely response or no response, we believed we were referred to professionals who take pride in what they do but seemingly not</p> <p>The emotional roller coaster this whole thing has caused was indeed not expected and surely not how we imagined Standard bank as a brand to be<br />I also trust this complaint will be dealt with promptly and professionally as we have experienced so much dissatisfaction and delay from your referred attorneys.</p> <p> </p> <p>email sent to ********** ********** ( TO DATE NO RESPONSE) </p> <p> </p> <p>I have the attachment upon request</p>
