Disheartened Customer
Forgot my Card Pin number,went to STD branch in August 2023 to reset it, I was informed i did a name cahnge at DHA they need a confirmation letter. Went to DHA and app**** for a confirmation, after receiving headed back to the branch.
I was turned back that I should apply for a new ID card with the lastest issue date, I did apply at DHA and now am awaiting a new card which hasnt been out yet.
My query is I need my money in that account BUT the confirmation letter doesnt seem to hold any value,WHY
I was retrenched and that is my money to boost me in this period,So I must starve and not progress when i have a confirmation letter as proof???Im so disappointed in this tough economy we are being sent back and forth when the bank knows how slow our government system is to action anything....I WANT MY MONEY, I need to use it STD
