Disgusting Threatening behavior by Standard Bank

I received notice from Standard Bank asking me to provide proof of insurance for a vehicle which is no longer financed by the bank. I didn't provide the proof because I am well within my rights not to. Standard bank has now indicated that they will insure my freehold vehicle on my behalf. I.dont understand what the **** is wrong with you idiots, are you retarded? I am a professional individual and will be letting my private banker know that I am looking to break a lifelong relationship with Standard bank and move my money elsewhere, where I will be treated with dignity and respect, and not communicated with via sms/text with regard to such matters. This is threatening and disgusting behavior from you, Standard Bank. ****ing Idiots!
