Disgusting thieving practices standard bank
Prior to month end I ensured and actually saw funds in my account, my debits went through after said funds were into my account, I now have debtors calling me about payments not made, upon reviewing my statement standard bank shows my funds only reflected on the 3rd and all debits were paid then returned and I was charged around 120 per reversed transaction, this is not the 1st time, standard bank you are the most expensive bank we at least expect some honour or at least honesty this is not the 1st time. Should this not be resolved I'll be moving over to fnb very soon with reference to this and all of my previous complains here and via phone that I have records for. It's disgusting even if ... you will return a debit and charge almost as much as the debit for Debit not provided for, and that's assuming I really did not have the funds, but even with funds you still practice disgusting thieving techniques. Telling me debit went through couple hours before my funds reflect or a day before is ********! If you was closed and did not process debits over a long weekend don't try to catch up now for missed opportunities and Rob your clients my funds reflected during the long weekend where I ensured no debits went through so please save me the ******** when you call!
