Disgusting service/unprofessional staff

On the 8th Dec 2020 I called your debt care centre and received the most disgusting service, I'm literally shaking as I type due to your unprofessional and ill mannered staff. I was assisted by Agent NOSIBUSISO DLMAMINI. She simply wouldn't give me a chance to speak. Where's the customer care or having compassion for your clients. She was speaking over me giving arrogant answers. I'm so disgusted never have I ever received service like this. I have a loan with standard bank and haven't missed a single payment on my loan for the 4years that I have it. To the first time in 4years calling this department and receiving this service. I am ashamed and in awe for how I was treated as a client by your agent. So badly considered switching banks but I'm glad I never did.
