Disgusting service with no care for their Clients
I am appalled at this services from this bank, no one calls back. They have blocked my salary till now, whatever was requested was sent and still no one even returns a call or email. I want my accounts closed!!!

18 Nov 2025, 07:59This is getting out of hand no one has contacted me I'm the last 48 hours even from the Hello Peter team, I Call into the call centre no one assists I get transferred back into the que and no can help they keep saying they will call back since last week. How difficult is it to have my salary released? There was nothing wrong with the payment I got paid before from my company and now all of a sudden it's blocked? Then I get a call to say it's unblocked them later the afternoon blocked again with not even communication from this bank.im taking this to the ombudsman with my attorney.this is pathetic to treat a consumer this unfair
