Disgusting service Standard bank Maponya branch

Maponya mall Standard bank branch is the worst ever when it comes to service, the stuff is unfriendly, slow, unwelcoming and careless for quality service. I haven't experienced such bad service in a very long time, clearly Standard bank Maponya careless for their people. It takes more then 3hours to see a consultant at Standard bank Maponya branch on a queue of less then 20 people. Complete madness. First think as you walk inside the branch there is no one at the help deck to assist, it feels like you walked into home affairs. The service is utter non sense and super glad to close my account with them I don't need their poor service. Their service is so bad and slow that people actually left the queue to come back at another time myself included....Terrifying to see a 160th old bank give such poor service, no improvement whatsoever, clearly learned nothng throughout these years, can only be Standard bank Maponya branch.
