Disgusting service from STD Bank Home Insurance

If you want disgusting service, get yourself Std Bank Home Insurance. Our geyser burst last week Tuesday. It's a week later and it still hasnt been replaced. Std Bank do absolutely nothing from their side to follow your claim through. I have spent hours on the phone trying to ascertain what's happening. And don't try contacting the Home Loan Insurance Number - they don't answer the phone. Nobody gives a damn!!!
