Disgusting service

This bank is useless. I have banked with them for 40 years but I am starting to lose faith. I complained on here a while ago after getting no joy from the help line. I was emailed by a guy called Colin Kriel, and I rep**** with the information that he requested. Nothing. So I mailed him again a week ago asking for an update, Nothing! I have a reference number but no further communication. I need my title deed and I don't know how to get it from them it is crazy.. My reference number is ***. I would go to my branch but the queue is round the block and I can't stand for very long.
