Disgusting service by SBSA

I am a ex employee from SBSA up till the 5th August 2022. I was liaising with Lesimole Khojane who is the HR consultant processing my offboarding exit. She advised that I will get paid before the 20th August 2022 all funds that are due to me and I foolishly believed her. I did not amend any of my Dr orders to a later date as I believed that I will have funds in my account by the 20th to cater for my debit orders. I emailed Lesimole again this week to ask her how far the process is and she advised there was a delay because she was not initially involved in this process and she had to run around for documents which should not be my problem as I am not in possession of exit documents. I emailed Anthony Buys to advise him that he must send a document to her which was requested and I believe he sent it immediately to her to finalize this process. Today I emailed again to ask why my emoluments were not paid as yet and I am being told about this delay. My issue comes in where debit orders will go off my account and I will not have funds to cater for this. I will get charged unpaid fees which will be over R1000 through no fault of mine. I must then go to the bank and request for this to be reversed because it is not my fault and this process is also not easy because authorisatons must be given. That is my time that I have to waste in a banking hall. Then there is the issues of my insurances that will be debited and no funds. They will not redebit my acc immediately when eventually the funds are paid and I am unable to pay it manually. They will only double debit my acc with the next Dr order run next month. So I am not covered for this period. Anything can happen with my vehicle or even death within my family and I did not pay my insurances. Is SBSA going to say that sorry it is our fault you never had money and settle any claims should anything happen. I the spoke to Verushka also in HC today who attempted to assist and she came back and said sorry there is nothing that can be done because the payroll date closed. I advised her all of the above and advised her that SBSA should make a plan to pay me today. I even went as far as telling her that I know that it can be done by extending an overdraft facility to me and then SBSA can take their money when they eventually pay me. She liaised with Anthony Buys for this who said nothing can be done and that I must go to a branch myself and apply for an overdraft. I told her that because SBSA messed up I don't see now how I must run around to banks and that Anthony Buys who was my manager can speak to credit department to extend a overdraft facility temporarily. I know as an ex employee it can be done because we done facilities for clients if we had messed up with their accounts and it put them out of pocket without clients having to go to the bank. Well Anthony Buys also said there is nothing he can do. I feel that I was disrespected on so many levels and that I was not taken serious because of the circumstances on which I left the bank. At the end of the day I am now a client of SBSA and did not deserve this treatment. Now I heard that I will only get paid the 24th August 2022. In the meantime I cannot support my family or even buy basic goods because of SBSA delays
