Disgusting Service and a waste of time!

I went to standard bank industria to open an account, when i got there i was told the lady that opens the accounts will only be in on monday so they cant open the account, i then asked the branch manager is there anyone that can assist and she said yes, just to go back to the consultants who refused to help after confirming with the branch manager. Finally Dineo was instructed to assist me. she then did not accept my proof of residence and gave me a form to fill out by a person living with me, i left and got the form filled and returned, just to be told the form is filled out wrong and was given another form, i left and returned, just to be told the signatures dont match and they cant assist me! clearly they just made excuses not to help while the branch was empty. The branch manager also had no way of speaking to me, no smile , no zest, it was like i was a pain to her! she shouldnt be a manager but a security guard at the door! im disgusted at Standard bank and will make it known to my 3500 facebook friends! Nedbank then opened an account for me in 10 mins after wasting 3 hrs at standard bank!
