Disgusting service

It's me again, to date my uncle's estate is still not finalized, we were contacted via email on the 28 May to attend the meeting with Kelly-Ann Joodt and our attorney was excluded on the email. I then forwarded that email to our attorney of which he proposed a new meeting date but no feedback was provided to date. STD bank estate department has been nothing but a disappointment to us over and over again. STD has failed us and my late uncle, the level of *******ion is on another level.
