Disgusting service

I am utterly disgusted by the service I receive everyday at standard bank in tygervalley centre. I visit the bank every morning to make deposits. There is always just 1 teller working , the manager walks around with kfc most days and doesn’t care about the daily complaints made by regular and new customers like myself. The elderly and disabled are disregarded in this branch. Don’t we show that we care anymore? When did banks become so inhumane. Everyday I hope to get a better service here but it only gets worse- I type this out as I stand in the line waiting to be assisted by one of the two tellers who’s station is open. Why are here 3 tellers but always only one working ? The staff are unfriendly, unhelpful, unorganized and uninterested with absolutely no work ethic. I suggest this branch train its staff on customer service, or hire me and I’ll teach them how to do their jobs the right way AND make sure the customer feels taken care of effectively!
