Disgusting service

Standard bank is the worst bank ever, I always regret getting financed by them when I was purchasing my car,they are so ***********. I cannot wait to finish my payment terms so that I can part ways with them. I have learned the hard way believe me.Their service is horrible, their turn around time is shocking.

I app**** for a month holiday break on my vehicle payment and they approved it and confirmed that they will not debit my account at the end of September, to my surprise they debited the account, I logged a complaint yesterday and still waiting for them to come back to me with a solution.They are very quick to reply on social media but doing the right thing is where they fail...This is such an inconvenience. I hope people see this and stay away from standard bank.
