Disgusting service.
I have been banking with standard bank for more 20 years I was offered vehicle insurance at the branch(POLICY NUMBER HOP ***. I needed towing but standard bank was unable to help me they kept telling me to contact different companies, bronklyn, liberty and hollard. I was on the phone from 8 Am to 4 pm with no assistance. Hollard kept providing me with different numbers for standard Bank but on all those numbers I did not get help. My car has been towed but Im unable to put a claim.
