Disgusting service

Im at my wits end with the level of service yourl provide, just when i thought we are done with ever dealing with yourl, now Im faced with a listing on the credit bureaus and cannot purchase another vehicle , FID (first instalment default ) yet both vehicles are paid up and im in possession of the settlement letters. Please sort this out as a matter of urgency i will be taking this to the banking ombudsman as well this is utter nonsense !! and please dont take 3 months to sort this out, this cannot be happening consciously
