Case Number ***8. I received a call from, not going to mention her name from Standard Bank on Thursday 13 February @ 5.07pm regarding this complaint. She told me she will call me on 14 February 2025 to advise what was happening. GUESS WHAT. I AM STILL WAITING. VALENTINE COME AND GONE. WAS HOPPING TO BUY MY MOTHET CHOCOLATES FOR HER VALENTINE. BUT NOOOOOOOOOOOO. NADA. Is this how you treat your clients especially when they are leaving and you want to know why. I checked my account on Friday and the Credit that was owing to me from my credit cars is till not reflecting. I AM SO DISGUSTED WITH YOU.
