Disgusting!!!!!!!

Just a word of advice to anybody dealing with Standard Estate Wills and Trusts, they are not financial brokers. They do not monitor investments even though they take control of the entire estate and all assets. They are pathetic! There is no service delivery. No accountability and they do not care to justify themselves. Been dealing with the Cape Town branch and they took over two years and we are still waiting for the estate to be wound up. They were sitting with my moms Stanlib investment which lost tens of thousands in a few months. They didn’t bother to monitor the investment or report the loss. It can be? Well it won’t be, because your staff are unprofessional, there is no SLA in place, no client service, no accountability and you can’t even bother to comment on the fact that you keep client accounts open for years raking in thousands in monthly service fees. All the people you use are your friends in the trade and clients get ****** at every turn. Liberty, Stanlib, Standard Estate Wills and Trusts.
